Tiesa Lda. ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what limited personal data we process when you visit tiesa.ai or contact us, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

02 What we collect

Our website is a static information page. We do not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels. We do not run forms that collect personal data on the site itself.

The only personal data we process is what you voluntarily send us by email to contact@tiesa.ai — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and our DNS provider (Cloudflare Inc.) may automatically log technical information necessary to serve the site, such as IP address, browser type, and timestamp. These logs are retained only for security and operational purposes and are not used to identify or profile you.

03 Why we use it

• To respond to your inquiry — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To run the website securely — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

04 How long we keep it

Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up business relationship, and are deleted on request or when no longer relevant. Hosting and DNS logs are typically retained for a maximum of 30 days by our providers.

05 Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. We rely on the following processors, which act under data-processing agreements (DPAs) compliant with GDPR Chapter V:

• Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting.
• Cloudflare Inc. (United States) — DNS and network infrastructure.
• Google LLC — Google Fonts (CSS/font delivery). Your IP address is briefly transmitted when the page loads.
• Google Workspace — email handling for the contact@tiesa.ai address.

These third parties offer Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards for international transfers.

06 Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction or deletion;
• Restrict or object to processing;
• Receive a portable copy of your data;
• Withdraw consent at any time;
• Lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD.
